DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO USE THE STUDIOS?
While we house both Coworking and Creative Studios under one roof, sign ups and usage are different. Customers looking to use the studios can book without a membership and are booked by the hour for maximum flexibility and affordability. Members are only those who have signed up as a 1-week or 1-month long coworking plan.
I WANT TO USE THE STUDIOS BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT I’M DOING…YET
Our aim in the future is to have dedicated assistants available for each space, but currently we are not at this stage. If you are not sure on how to use the space, we would recommend diving into Skillshare to pick up trusted expert advice through online videos. Alternatively, contact our team and we can try connect you to a local expert.
I’LL BE CREATING SOMETHING IN YOUR STUDIO, IS MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTED?
It most certainly is. Genesis takes no ownership of any projects conducted by customers unless stated and agreed by both Genesis and a customer.
I HAVE A BIG PROJECT AND NEED A LOT OF HOURS, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We have created a system that allows for flexibility which allows you to add up the hours you need manually. For those who know they will be using 10 hours or more, we have created packages for each studio set at 10 hours, 15 hours and 20 hours. Since you are showing dedication to a project and using Genesis as your platform, we say thank you to you by giving a discount equal to the amount of hours purchased (e.g. 20 hours = 20% off).
If you need 30 hours for your project, just purchase a 10 Hour Package and a 20 Hour Package.

WHATS THE REFUND POLICY ON THE STUDIOS?
Our studios are sought after and we want to give everyone a chance to book so we have a strict cancellation and refund policy. Our refund breakdown is as follows:
- More than 72 hours before session : 100% refund.
- More than 48 hours before session : 50% refund.
- More than 24 hours before session : 25% refund.
- Once the session has started : no refund.
WHATS THE REFUND POLICY ON THE COWORKING HUB?
The refund policy for the Coworking Hub works different to the studios. We wanted to offer a flexibility to our plans that gives you comfort and peace of mind should something spoil your productive time at Genesis Coworking Hub. The breakdown of our refunds are as follows:
- 24 hours before starting your coworking membership : 50% refund
- Day Pass and checked in : no refund, 1 (one) start date change.
- Weekly Membership and checked in : no refund, 1 (one) start date change.
- Monthly Member and checked in : no refund, 1 (one) start date change.
- Monthly Member Flex and checked in : 50% refund if claimed within 7 days of start, 1 (one) start date change.
- Monthly Member Premium Flex and checked in : 100% refund if claimed within 7 days of start, 1 (one) start date change.
